Dental education unit of our MNR dental college, Sangareddy enriches faculty vitality through development of teaching competencies and faculty empowerment strategies. Enormous efforts are taken for motivating them for the roles and responsibility they perform. The objectives of the dental education unit are,

To improve the quality of the teaching at various levels of educational initiatives by organizing a range of well-designed faculty developmental programmes.
To update the current concepts and emerging trends in dentistry by organizing conferences, workshops and seminars.
To cater to a comprehensive set of learning outcomes along with a systematic advancement of establishment of competency.
To adopt active learning techniques through problem solving cases, small group learning, mini case studies, videos, clinical recreations, role playing exercises, student presentations, test based learning and debates.
To persuade comprehensive student training for clinical decision making in speciality treatments.
To provide opportunities for exposure to diagnostic and therapeutic equipments.
To impart excellence in dental education and practice.
To promote academic research through projects and publications.
